Cancellation Policy: If notice of cancellation is received at least five business days prior to the seminar, a $50 service charge will be assessed, with the balance refunded. If cancellation is four business days or less prior to the seminar, a non-refundable credit memo of equal value will be issued that can be used toward any future program. Credit memos are transferable.
